A local radio station here in Cincinnati is helping boost the help that the people of Oklahoma get. You can help by texting REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10. If you cannot donate, then reblog/pass it on. These people lost EVERYthing they own. People they loved were injured or worse. Animals injured and lost. Help them rebuild!

chaseius:

I live in eastern Oklahoma and the weather that is happening right now is just horrible. Many tornados are hitting areas bad. Please, please pray for the safety of everyone right now. I can’t even describe how scary this is.

ladygardens:

These past two days have been devastating to Oklahoma. My family and I are so thankful we didn’t get hit, but surrounding communities weren’t so lucky.

2 schools… Completely leveled… We don’t know how many children have been killed, let alone people who didn’t have a storm shelter.

I’m crying. I just…

They don’t call it “Tornado Alley” for nothing…

Even the reporters are choked up and can’t speak very well.

God, the children. Oh my god.

odotta:

Oh God…. watching the news and the reporter told us they’re searching for a 17 year old girl stuck in rubble, no one can find her, and he said he saw a police officer walking away with a baby wrapped up in a blanket… the neighbors told him that was a 3-month old baby that didn’t make it through the tornado.. And a 4 year old child also didn’t make it through.

This is devastating and heartbreaking.

To my Followers

Hey guys I need a favor I live in Oklahoma and these past couple of nights the weather has been against us. The storm is west of where I live now but if you guys can do me a favor that’d be fantastic. If you pray please pray for the people who have been affected tonight and yesterday and if you don’t pray just send out positive thoughts that my fellow Oklahomans are okay. I may not be the biggest fan of this state but these are lives that are being affected and its hurting my heart.

PRAY FOR OKLAHOMA!

inevitable—desires:

I actually love the anticipation that comes with a tornado watch, but at the same time they scare the hell out of me, despite living in the Midwest my whole life.

This giant ass storm is headed towards by city! Oh joy!!

NOAA has reported 19 tornadoes in Oklahoma and Kansas so far today.

mfbesh:

Y’all stay safe! The largest one I’ve heard about is in/around Shawnee. Saw footage, scary.

Me to my dog: we’re not in Kansas anymore.
The look he gives me: Yeah cuz your dumb ass decided to stay in tornado alley and move to Oklahoma.
